Welcome to OnlyMD, a software platform provided by Soventrax Technologies Pvt. Ltd. By registering for or using OnlyMD, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About OnlyMD

OnlyMD is a software platform designed to assist healthcare professionals, pharmacies, medical stores and other authorized users with medicine billing, inventory management, customer/patient records, prescriptions, reports and related business operations.

2. User Registration

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. You are responsible for the information submitted through your account.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activities performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Authorized Use

You agree to use OnlyMD only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt unauthorized access, misuse another user's information, reverse engineer the software, distribute the software without permission, or upload malicious content.

5. Healthcare Responsibility

OnlyMD is a software tool and does not itself provide medical diagnosis, treatment or professional medical advice. Users remain responsible for the accuracy of prescriptions, medicine information, billing information and other records entered into the system.

6. Billing and Financial Information

Users are responsible for verifying invoices, prices, taxes, discounts, GST information and financial records generated through the platform. OnlyMD does not guarantee that reports satisfy every accounting, tax or regulatory requirement applicable to your business.

7. Subscription and Payments

If paid subscription plans are offered, applicable fees and payment terms will be shown before purchase. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

8. User Data

You remain responsible for information entered into your account. You authorize OnlyMD to process and store such information as necessary to provide the service, subject to the Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep OnlyMD available, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed because of maintenance, technical failures, internet problems, third-party services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, unlawful use, non-payment or security/operational risks.

11. Intellectual Property

OnlyMD software, designs, logos, trademarks, content and technology remain the property of Soventrax Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Soventrax Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for losses arising from incorrect information entered by users, misuse of the platform, compromised credentials caused by the user, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be made available through the OnlyMD website or application.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and disputes shall be subject to applicable courts having jurisdiction.
